A principal at Harrisburg High School was shot and wounded, and the school placed on lockdown today.
Sioux Falls Police Spokesman Sam Clemens says the alarm went out mid morning…………
Clemens says other people in the office helped contain the shooter………
Harrisburg Superintendent James Holbeck says they set off the alarms as soon as the threat was recognized…………
Holbeck says he has talked to Principal Kevin Lien from the hospital…………
Lien was reported to be in good condition in a Sioux Falls hospital.
Students were bused to the middle school and released to their parents. Holbeck says they have not yet made a decision on holding school tomorrow.
