Though neither one wore a Minnesota uniform for a long time, two new additions to the baseball Hall of Fame Sunday had lasting memories of their time as Twins.
Jack Morris and Jim Thome joined Chipper Jones, Vladimir Guerrero, Trevor Hoffman and Alan Trammel as the newest members to baseball greatness in Cooperstown.
Morris was born in St. Paul, but spent just one season in Minnesota. He pitched the Twins to a game seven win in the World Series over Atlanta.
Thome played less than two seasons with Minnesota while hitting 37 of his 612 career home runs.
