Groundbreaking for a one million dollar expansion project at Dimock Cheese in Dimock, South Dakota is set for this afternoon.. Company Co-owner Denny Everson says the expansion involves everything except their processing facility.
He says the new location will help them be more effective in marketing their product which is popular.
Everson says their groundbreaking is the second one in the company’s history which goes back 87 years.
Dimock Cheese employs 26 people with its milk produced locally.
