A traditional Friday game between Nebraska and Iowa kicks off a busy weekend of football for area squads.

The 9-2 Huskers travel to 7-4 Iowa for the Big 10 matchup which has become a feature for football fans who aren’t still doing Black Friday shopping.

Ironically, the road team has won the last four games in this series.

Saturday’s schedule will include games for Minnesota and Iowa State. The Gophers play at Wisconsin which is rated #5 in this week’s Associated Press Poll. The Cyclones host nationally ranked West Virginia while trying to gain a third straight win to improve on their 3-8 campaign.
