His bill was up for debate on the Senate floor Monday……
Senator Jim Bolin of Canton says the current slogan has been pretty successful…..
Senator John Wiik of Big Stone City says there could be a bigger cost in changing the motto….
Senators killed the bill on a vote of twenty three to twelve.
