Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says he’s leaning towards supporting President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch of Colorado. He also thinks if confirmed Gorsuch will be positive for agriculture.

He says Gorsuch’s philosophy is that Judge’s shouldn’t legislate from the bench.

Grassley thinks Gorsuch has a good chance of being confirmed by the Senate.

Grassley says Judge Gorsuch is a leading critic of administration overreach and has a real reputation for applying the law and the constitution as they were written thus preserving the separation of powers.
