Monday, the Supreme Court denied a hearing on year-round E15 sales.  Growth Energy had petitioned a review of a D.C. Circuit Court opinion, which vacated the Environmental Protection Agency’s decision to  extend the seasonal RVP waiver to E15.  Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley announced this week he is offering a legislative fix.

He’s hopeful Congress can help bring some certainty to the ethanol market and E15.

Grassley says the states also have authority to allow E15 on their own and he hopes they will take that action.
