Last week, the White House announced the nomination of Alexis Taylor to be the Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs.  Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley praises the nomination but says it should have been made months ago.  Grassley says the president still needs to nominate a Chief Agriculture Negotiator for the U-S Trade Representative’s office.
