The Yankton County Commission will hear about financing options for the Napa Junction development project at their Thursday meeting.

The commission has been working with Dakota Plains of Parkston on building a grain loading facility at the rail junction northwest of Yankton.

The county wants the developers to pay for major upgrades to the roads leading to the junction. A tax increment financing district has been proposed to pay for the needed improvements.
