The National Grain and Feed Foundation has donated $ 60,000 to the National Pork Board for PED Virus Research. Grain and Feed Association Vice President of Feed Services David Fairfield says his group is committed to supporting research being done by the National Pork Board in trying to find a way to control this devastating disease.
Fairfield says NGFA and its foundation are pleased to support research on several feed related issues that could be associated with PED virus.
Fairfield says the feed industry shares many of the same concerns the pork industry has with PED virus and wants to see it eliminated or at least controlled.
