The quarterfinals of the 2019 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Men’s Soccer Tournament is complete with the University of Jamestown having the lone upset of the opening round, a 2-1 win over second-seed Midland University.

The top seed in the tournament regular season champion Morningside picked up a 2-0 victory over the eight seed Mount Marty to improve to 17-2 on the season. The Mustangs will take on cross town foe, the fourth seed Briar Cliff who picked up a 3-2 win over fifth seed Northwestern.

Hastings, the three seed, advanced with a 3-0 shutout of Concordia and will take on the Jimmies from the University of Jamestown.

Wednesday’s winners will meet in the semifinals on Saturday, November 9, with the GPAC Championship Match on Thursday, November 14.
