All five teams representing the Great Plains Athletic Conference scored victories in pool play on day one of the NAIA National Volleyball Championships in Sioux City.

Unranked Morningside College pulled the upset of the day in their NAIA National Championship Pool Play Opener on Tuesday afternoon with a 3-2 win over #7 Park (MO) 25-23, 17-25, 19-25, 25-21, 16-14.
