The Great Plains Athletic Conference has named its top volleyball Players of the Week.

Attacker – Lauryn Hilger, Northwestern College (Outside Hitter)

Hilger, a senior, from Omaha, Nebraska, helped lead 15th-ranked Northwestern to a perfect 3-0 record last week. She averaged 5.7 kills per set and hit .512 in wins over Mount Marty, Dakota Wesleyan and Concordia.

Setter- Jamie De Jager, Dordt College

De Jager, a senior from Sioux Center, Iowa, guided Defenders to three wins last week, including a 3-0 sweep of seventh-ranked Midland. She finished with week with a total of 101 assists, averaging 11.22 assists per set.

Defender – Julina Niemeier, University of Jamestown (Defensive Specialist)

Niemeier, a senior from Jamestown, North Dakota, recorded 67 digs in three matches last week, helping the Jimmies to a 2-1 record in three road matches last week.
