The 2014 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Women’s Soccer Tournament completed quarterfinal action on Tuesday at the site of the four top seeds.

The one, two four and six seeds all posted wins and have moved on to Saturday’s semifinal action.

On the top half of the bracket the 1st seed Hastings defeated 8th seed Morningside 2-0 and 4th seed Briar Cliff was a 1-0 winner over 5th seed Northwestern. The lone upset of the first round saw 6th seed Dakota Wesleyan down 3rd seed Midland 2-1 while 2nd seed Concordia victorious 2-1 over 7th seed Doane.

Top Seed Hastings will host Brair Cliff and Dakota Wesleyan will travel to Seward to take on 2nd seed Concordia on Saturday in semifinal round action.
