The Great Plains Athletic Conference has announced its weekly leaders in volleyball.

Attacker – Rebecca Frick, Dakota Wesleyan University (Outside)

Frick, a junior, from Yankton, South Dakota, helped guide the Tigers to a 5-0 record last week and a 9-0 record overall this season. On the week she averaged 5.44 kills per set. In addition, in a win over Mayville State Frick set a career-high in digs. She tallied 28 digs, 24 kills and 1.5 blocks in the victory.

Setter- Jessica Peters, Midland University

Peters, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, coordinated the Warrior attack as they went 2-1 on the week and closed out their non-conference schedule with an 8-2 record. For the week she averaged 12.0 assists per set (108 total) and added 8 digs per match.

Defender – Sara Herman, Dakota Wesleyan University (Libero)

Herman, a sophomore from Reliance, South Dakota, finished just shy of a career-high with 31 digs in a five-set win over Montana Western while also recorded two assists and two service aces in the contest.
