The top baseball and softball players in the Great Plains Athletic Conference were announced by the league.
The 2016 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Baseball All-Conference team has been announced after a vote of league coaches. The 2016 GPAC All-Conference Team consists of 17 first-team members and 18 second-team members, and an honorable mention list.
For the second consecutive year, Scott Morton from Briar Cliff was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Player-of-the-Year and Kiefer Musiel from Midland was selected as the Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Pitcher-of-the-Year. Chad Miller of Midland was named the 2016Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Coach-of-the-Year.

Jessica Jones Sitzmann from Morningside was named the 2016 Hauff Mid-America Sports/GPAC Coach-of-the-Year.
