Two wins by Great Plains Athletic Conference teams at the national NAIA men’s basketball tourney in Sioux Falls Thursday keeps all four GPAC teams alive.

Morningside won as a favorite and Dakota Wesleyan scored a minor upset.

Morningside tallied an 87-69 victory over trinity International of Illinois.

Dakota Wesleyan posted an 84-67 verdict over Governors State of Illinois.

All four GPAC teams in the event will be in action Friday.
