Come from behind rallies sparked two Great Plains Athletic Conference men’s basketball teams to wins in the opening round of the national NAIA tourney in Sioux Falls Wednesday.

Briar Cliff outscored Oregon Tech 15-4 in the final three minutes for an 80-70 victory.

Northwestern outscored Bellevue by 19 points in the second half for a 75-62 triumph.

Morningside and Dakota Wesleyan will be in action Thursday.
