The opening round of the 2017 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Postseason Men’s Soccer Tournament is complete with the top four seeds all advancing to the semifinal round which will be played on Saturday, November 4th.

Top seeded Hastings, after finishing the regular season with a 9-0 GPAC record, picked up a 4-1 win over the eighth seed Dordt Defenders. The Broncos will host fourth seed Midland, who was a 2-0 winner over fifth seed Morningside. On the other half of the quarterfinal bracket two seed is Northwestern took care of seventh seeded Doane by a score of 4-2. They will host the third seed Concordia Bulldogs who advanced with a 1-0 win over sixth seed Briar Cliff.

Both semifinal matches will be played under the lights with 7 PM start times.
