Governor Dennis Daugaard will deliver his budget address to a joint meeting of the South Dakota legislature early next month.
Daugaard says the state is headed toward the end of the year in good fiscal shape.

Daugaard says that report does not reflect the states total debt load.

The Governor says other economic indicators look pretty good.

Daugaard says most state tax revenues are running right at or slightly above their projections.
