Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts rejects a claim by the ACLU the state illegally obtained drugs for lethal injection.
The ACLU claims Nebraska misrepresented how it planned to use the drugs when it purchased them.
Ricketts says he has no problem with how the state obtained the drugs.
Ricketts says the state bought the drugs specifically to use in executions.
Nebraska recently disclosed it has obtained four drugs to carry out executions by lethal injection. The state held its last execution in 1997.
