Noem is also including some continuing budget increases..

She also proposed other major projects including a new animal barn at the State Fairgrounds in Huron, expansions to the state radio system and upgrades in and around Ellsworth Airforce Base in Rapid City.

Legislators will include her ideas in the 2022 budget they have to pass by the end of March.
