Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton says even with planned cuts in federal subsidies, funding for the MinnesotaCare health insurance program “should be sufficient” — unless Congress or the president “further savage” the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare)
Dayton signed an agreement with the federal government implementing “reinsurance” to hold down health insurance increases, but federal funding for MinnesotaCare would also be reduced. Dayton says he’ll continue fighting against that.
