Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton called Saturday’s attack on Dar Al Farooq Islamic Center in Bloomington an act of terrorism

 

FBI officials say an improvised explosive device went off, damaging a portion of the mosque.   About a dozen men were praying nearby, but no one was injured.
