A national cybersecurity summit in the Twin Cities has prompted finger-pointing by Governor Mark Dayton and Republicans who accuse each other of not doing enough to combat cyber-attacks on state systems.  Dayton says lawmakers didn’t authorize 27 million dollars he asked for.  Representative Sarah Anderson from Plymouth says Republicans have been looking at ways to maximize effectiveness of dollars already appropriated

Dayton says state computer systems face over three million attempted attacks each day and investments are needed to protect Minnesotans.
