Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton says he does *not* support a bill that would legalize marijuana for recreational use in Minnesota and seriously doubts it could pass the legislature

D-F-L Representative John Applebaum of Minnetonka says his bill would result in a billion-dollar “Made in Minnesota” marijuana economy with tax proceeds going to Minnesota schools. Eight states and Washington, D-C have similar “legal marijuana” laws.
