Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton is set to be in Marshall, Kittson and Roseau Counties today as part of his “87 Counties in 86 Days” tour. Dayton says the goal is to “get in touch with Minnesota and “get out from under the umbrella of the Capitol.”

 

Dayton says he gets his best ideas from “people out there in the real world dealing with real problems.” He plans stops later this week in Lake of the Woods, Koochiching, St. Louis and Itasca Counties.
