Iowa Governor Terry Branstad says there’s no truth to the rumors that President Trump is going to alter Renewable Fuels Standard procedures.

 

The proposed change would not alter the requirement that ethanol be blended into gasoline. Instead, it would change who is required to do it. Branstad says the change being proposed would be impractical.

 

Branstad made his comments during his weekly news conference.
