Both Minnesota and Nebraska dropped Big Ten Conference basketball games Sunday in exciting finishes.

Wisconsin rallied to beat Minnesota 71-69.

Daniel Oturu missed a heave from half court off a missed free throw that would’ve won it for Minnesota. Oturu led Minnesota with 26 points and 12 rebounds, while Marcus Carr added 21 points.

Northwestern scored seven straight points to open overtime then held off Nebraska for an 81-76 win that snapped a 12-game losing streak.

The Huskers have now dropped 14 straight games. Nebraska shot just 8-30 at the free throw line.
