The republican candidates for Governor and Senate in South Dakota made their final campaign swing before voting begins.

Governor Dennis Daugaard says he hopes the prediction of sixty percent turnout is wrong, and more people come out…

Daugaard is facing democrat Susan Wismer and independent Mike Myers.

Senate candidate Mike Rounds says while he has been the target of much criticism, he has tried to ignore it…

Rounds says he would like to be part of the republican take over of the Senate…

The Senate seat is also being pursued by democrat Rick Weiland, and independents Larry Pressler and Gordon Howie.

Polls will be open across the state seven AM to seven PM local time.
