The Government Operations and Audit Committee of the South Dakota legislature will look at a state agency that has been at the center of questions whether Governor Kristi Noem used her office to help her daughter get a real estate appraisers license.

The Governor called the head of the Appraisal Certification Program to a meeting in her office with her daughter and the head of the Labor Department.
Hunhoff says they need to hear from those directly involved…

Labor Department Secretary Marcia Hultman along with Sherry Bren, the former head of the Appraisal Certification Program have been asked to appear before the committee tomorrow (Thursday) morning.
