University of South Dakota Athletic Director David Herbster has called a press conference for 11 a.m. Monday morning to announce the retirement of Head Football Coach Joe Glenn.

 

The press conference will be held at the Freedom Forum Conference Room inside the Al Neuharth Media Center on the USD campus. Herbster and Glenn will not be available for comment until that time.

 

Glenn, 66, compiled a 200-134-1 record in 28 seasons as a head coach. He was 12-34 in four seasons at South Dakota, his alma mater. He is one of 76 coaches in NCAA history to win 200 games.
