A citizens group that already placed a Medicaid expansion initiative on this year’s ballot is now looking toward a constitutional amendment in 2024 legalizing abortion.

Weiland says the constitution is the proper place for abortion law….

Weiland says they can’t start collecting signatures until November ninth. Their goal is fifty thousand signatures which would have to be turned in by November of 2023.
