The City of Worthington Minnesota is now receiving water from the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System.

Executive Director Troy Larson says this is another milestone for the system….

Larson says this connection shows the size of the project…

Larson says there are five more communities to be connected; Sioux Center, Hull, Sheldon and Sibley in Iowa and Madison in South Dakota. He says depending on federal funding, Sioux Center and Hull could be connected by the end of 2022.
