Fulton area South Dakota farmer Dave Bumgardner was one of ten South Dakotans chosen by the State Soybean Association to visit Mexico with them on the See For Yourself Tour. He describes why he wanted to take the tour.

He says he’s learned what the Mexicans are looking for when they purchase soybeans.

Bumgardner says it was interesting to hear how concerned the Mexicans are over the NAFTA discussions.

Bumgardner says he wants to see more promotion of U.S. soybeans going forward.
