Several water development districts are joining forces to offer free, confidential water testing.
Jay Gilbertson, Manager of the East Dakota Water Development District in Brookings, says they have some new equipment that can quickly test water samples…..

Gilbertson says they don’t keep records of the tests they do, it is only to inform the water user.
The James River Water Development District, and Lower Vermillion Water District are also offering the tests.
