The U-S Department of Education is singling out four schools in Nebraska for its annual National Blue Ribbon awards. Crofton High School made the list and superintendent Corey Dahl says the students at Crofton have a history of academic success and they want to keep achieving.

Dahl says a delegation from Crofton will go to Washington D-C to receive the award, with a community celebration planned later. Other Blue Ribbon Schools in Nebraska this year include the elementary schools in Fullerton, McCook and Stapleton.
