The Center for Rural Affairs sponsored a discussion on those issues at the University of South Dakota Wednesday night.

Jarchow says while ethanol has had positive effects, it has mostly been confined to east river. She says that is much different than states like Iowa…..

The Center will sponsor a farm tour at the Johnson Farm near Madison next Wednesday, and another discussion on energy next Thursday in Brookings.
