A lukewarm endorsement at best as Nebraska Congressman Jeff Fortenberry reacts to the swift change of events that has left New York businessman Donald Trump as the presumptive presidential nominee of the Republican Party.

Fortenberry came out early for California businesswoman Carly Fiorina.

Fortenberry does say Trump’s slogan “Make America Great Again” is attractive

Still, Fortenberry says Trump has not fleshed out substantive policy positions and has offended many people he will now have to invite back into his fold.
