The Royals are bringing in another veteran arm to compete for a job this spring.  KC has signed 35-year-old reliever Jon Rauch to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.  He was 1-and-2 with a 7.56 ERA in 15 appearances last year for the Marlins.
