Flu cases are only sporadic in Minnesota so far, but as we head into November

 

Jennifer Heath with the State Health Department says children and the elderly are particularly vulnerable to complications from the flu. And she’s reminding parents–flu mist is not recommended for kids this year, after the CDC found the mist was not as effective as the shot in recent seasons.
