Warmer temperatures will speed up the snow melt in eastern South Dakota, increasing the chances of flooding on the Big Sioux, Vermillion and James Rivers.

Low says the James River will still see significant rises..
Low says those flows will again cause the Missouri River to rise from Sioux City on south.
