Communities along the Big Sioux River are beginning cleanup after flooding last week.  Some residents, however, are still waiting for water levels to fall enough to get back into their homes.  Dennis Chicoine (she-kween) who farms near Jefferson, said his family may have to wait at least a month before moving back home…
