Fischer Hoping For XL Vote

Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer says she’s not sure how successful a push to force a vote on the Keystone XL oil pipeline in the Senate will be…but she’s sure the pipeline has plenty of support in the Senate.
Fischer, a Republican, says this really isn’t a partisan issue. . .

Fischer says the votes are there to pass a bill, but it’s difficult to predict whether Senate leader Harry Reid of Nevada will let a vote take place. . .

A decision on Keystone has been delayed again after the State Department said it couldn’t make a recommendation to President Obama until legal issues in Nebraska are resolved
