Members of the South Dakota House return to Pierre Tuesday to debate and decide on the possible impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

The Select Committee on Investigation voted last month for a recommendation not to impeach.

Representative Mike Stevens of Yankton, a member of the Select Committee, voted to support the recommendation and but says there are still questions….

Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton, also a member of the Select Committee opposed the recommendation and says it has taken a long time to get here….

Articles of Impeachment are reportedly being prepared and if they are introduced, it will take thirty-six votes to approve them. A trial, it called for, would be held in the Senate, starting next month.
