Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has given Republicans until noon today (Fri) to reach agreement with him on health insurance premium relief that the governor wants to deal with in a special session before Christmas. Dayton says a bonding bill and tax bill are already off the table and says about Republicans:
Republican House Speaker Kurt Daudt (DOWT) says the governor made additional demands for projects in a proposed bonding bill, and accuses Dayton of forcing Minnesotans to wait until 2018 for tax relief.
