The Executive Board of the South Dakota legislature has appointed a committee to oversee and offer guidance on spending priorities for billions more of federal dollars coming to the state.
Senate Appropriations Committee Chair Jean Hunhoff of Yankton, who will be on that committee, says last year’s experiences will guide them….
