The Federal Emergency Management Agency has opened a disaster recovery center in Yankton. Spokesman Nate Custer says they are ready to talk to anyone who had damage from the September flooding..

Custer says anyone in the eleven counties in the latest disaster declaration can come in and talk to them…

The first center opened earlier in Madision.

Custer says people can bring helpful information with them…

Custer says in some cases they can get money fairly quickly to people depending on their damage and housing situation.

The Yankton FEMA center is located at the Yankton County Emergency Management Office. (at 807 Capitol Street)
