Ann Horton, Executive Director of the Yankton Housing and Redevelopment Commission, says she was concerned about their monthly payment from the Department of Housing and Urban Development…

The commission oversees Section 8 housing vouchers from HUD and has over two hundred clients that depend on the rental assistance.
Horton says their contacts in Washington are not available…

Horton is telling renters and landlords that the housing commitment will continue..
