Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit of Kansas have signed a letter of intent to form a strategic alliance. FCSA President and CEO Doug Stark says the alliance brings several benefits to both companies’ customers.
Stark says there won’t be any major changes with this alliance.
Stark says the Strategic Alliance will allow both companies to grow their customer base.
The target date for implementation of the alliance is January1 for 2015, subject to a vote of approval by Frontier Farm Credit stockholders.
